Oh u mean the blue lights of the police van? ye i already changed it to a darker blue and i made it not all over the headlight so thats already changed. Sadly i can't take any previews of lights because, my pc wont let me save it i will try with some other videorecorders

As promised are here the first screens, i need to do the paths, and more things, like more buildings. but this is what i till now got The cars will be replaced later with civil car corporation cars. The problem with the map is solved, i accidently saved it as 32 bit but it has to be 24 bits i believe, so i will put buildings on it and post some screens!

Im having trouble with getting the map ingame, i exported it as TGA imported it in em4 editor, and it says could not load texture. or sumtin, anyone got the right way to import it because i dont know it exactly?
