You can change it by right mouse click on Emergency 4 > Comptability > and set it as : Run this program as Administrator. Than you must only click yes when u launched the game. The black screen is maybe causing by a modification? if so try to re install the modification. If its the normal emergency 4 Freeplay you can try to reinstall the game! Goodluck!
