Never mind I found the pinned topic on this subject from Stan, I just didn't look far enough.

Okay, I'm really a newbie here. I bought a version of Emergency that is a US-English release from Amazon.com. The disc comes with EM3 and EM4 on it. No where in the installed folders or on the disc itself can I find the editor. I've read a lot of threads on the forum about modding and am really interested in gving it a go myself. Is the editor available as a seperate download anywhere or is it only available with the non-English versions of the game? Thanks in advance....
