I have never seen a securitas vehicle pull over a vehicle... I also do belive this will ever happen, since the risk of pursuit. And the Securitas personell will never get blue lights on theyr vehicles

And the Berlin thing rapes the original game so far up the ass were the light has never been seen or will ever be... You should reinstall your game and the same with your mods... If that doesn't help.... Buy a new computer
