He don't have any plans for releasing it in the near future, it is basicly for personal use, and wanted to hear what the community thinks. Yes, he need permissions. That's why no updates are available this time.. (This is what I have heard from a 90% reliable source)

And to make this mod more realistic, we want doors. And without making the model owner go insane in our inbox, we will use a trick that simply changes the texture and putting doors on top of it. So all you have to do, is to make a door model that fits the model. Our current modeler has a larger project going on, so he won't find the time to do it. That's why we need YOU!
