    I tried that when i unpack the LAPD officer then i go back and change it to dds. Gimp says it is a invalid dds image do you know how to fix this

    I have a question how do you unlock a person skin. I need to know how so i can reskin the LAPD officers to different LASD Officers some with jackets other ones in gang unit vests.

    UPDATE- Working on this mod will start again today November 27, 2012. Tonight or early tomorrow all of the Los Angeles County Sheriff cars will br skined and ready for lights so be ready for alot of updates. Thank You

    Finally learned to work zmodeler bout to start hitting the work on the Lancaster,California Mod look for a fire engine update in a couple hours
