There is no way to convert v3o?

Hey, Im trying to import hoppahs brush truck (brush_truck.v3o) into zmodeler v1.07. I unlock it in the editor, but I cant get past that. Do I need a plugin to be able to import v3o or do I have to convert it to a different type of file?
