OK, so I've noticed that in some of the repos, persons are performing actions (i.e extrication, redirecting traffic, shooting, etc.) in the editor, and I was wondering how this is possible?

That's really neat! I finally went a did a repo: The Sheriff's Office was conducting a patrol in a seedier part of town when they spotted a black van with a missing taillight. They removed the two men from the car and searched the van. I got one for a tree on top of a car. No actual MVCs, though. Oil clean-up, but no extrication work.

Not to be a killjoy, but did you know that the helicopter most often referred to as Marine One is not a UH-60 Blackhawk? It's a VH-3D Sea King, a larger helicopter and a much older one. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SH-3_Sea_King

Give them the command "Get M4." Might not be that exact naming, but somewhere close. At least, that should work. Someone with more modding experience than me can tell you for sure.
