  1. Right now just have your dds converter to make your dds produce a PNG file. Than take that file out of the Mod so you wont mess up. Then go ahead and reskin the vehicle to a Animal Control Vehicle. After you finish with that than wait for someone to help you with the scripting. You could copy all the LEV Model, prototypes, and unit files and then rename them to Animal Control. This way you will have some of the work done already. Make a folder name Animal Control. Than inside that than take 3 empty folders and name them Models, Prototype, and Unit. Then put the LEV folders in there folders and than rename them Animal Control. Example: Animal_Control.dds, Animal_control.v30 and so on and so on. Than inside the unit file you change the name as well. You can take the Border Patrol officer and script them as the Animal control and wow you can use there Border patrol as Animal Police. LOL
  2. I have ran into another situation. Now that I got the lifeguard unit on the Coastal Resort Mod, I can't niether the Diver or Lifeguard to swim. Now I have moved the barricade V.O.'s and the Port_water barricade and I even have a Beach barricade because I couldn'nt get the staff and there vehicles to go on the beach with out the Beach barricade. Can anyone W/experience help me with this project?
  3. I ran into a Siren Script dead end. I could use some help as I added a few vehicle. Its telling me that its too long. Siren issue has been resolved.......... I finally got my medic crew to get on the beach and now I can't get the diver to swim as he is acting like Moses walking on water.
  4. Ok I have another Help "Q", bare with me here, I have released the WVFD 330 Mod and I have a new Tec Engineer unit and I used the Bomb Squad. Go ahead and download my Submod and see what I did. I want to be able to re skin the model but it won't as its the bomb squad model. I want to put a boom on it and bucket so it really looks like the Traffic Engineer. It don't have to work but it you can that would be awesome.   5. No, as I did not get the help required so what I do is manually place the vehicles in the bays. I will do a video of the example.
  6. I found it in my files and its ready for download but you need to download LA Mod with patch first and then drop the files there.

Thanks goog, I do have a "Q" I duplicated the charger and put the same Light Bar that is on your other units, but I can't get the siren to work and yes I put the duplicate car in the siren files. Maybe you can tell me how it is written as I have it this way: const char PROTO_CHARGER_LAPD2[]= "mod:Prototypes/Vehicles/03 LA Police/dodge_charger_lapd2.e4p"; any help be great.
  8. I feel the same about shooting the dog but, in reality the animal control has never been quick enough to get there before the dog takes someone down. Its the human that is the victim and so the dog gets put down. You would have to have the following scripts that now don't exist. 1. "Animal Follow" 2. "Animal Arrest" 3. "Animal Transport". The vehicle can have multiple amount of animals till they get to the shelter. I would make a vehicle that looks like the LEV. Already the Bomb Squad was made with the HES unit. You would go to edit and edit each animal. The dog that gets shot down to make it not disappear. I bet you watch "Animal Cops". I like that show as well. Its got you motivated.
  9. In reality there's never enough units to be availible for an emergency call for a Dog attack. Usually the PD gets there first or the Medic. So really sense there is the lev & hes, you really don't need both. So why not covert one of them. As I did making the hes into the tech unit. So think about this because there is only one type of Dog attacks and there is nothing else that requirs an Animal Control Unit. If there is a way to catch the strays like cats & dogs than I say go for it. I hope I helped your decision and best of luck.
  10. Hi goog, I am working on a personal Mod and its called WVFD 330 Mod and its a submod and you and Explorer 4x4 is getting the credit. It won't be released due to your mod is not complete.   12. Its a Fictional place in my area instead of Millville its Delmarva. The Vol. Fire Co. is 84 and they do have one Sub Station a few miles from there main station. Delmarva actually represents Delaware, Maryland & Virginia that is in the Penninsula. But what do you have in mind?

  15. Do the EM vehicles stay on the road? Because they would wander off the road when inroute to a call or back to the station.

  17. I got Medic 39 @ Sta 2 using 4X4 LA Mod. Also have the Chevy Impala along with goog's updated PD cars. I planted fire Sta 3 that houses Engine 17, WaterTender & Hazmat. I also took the HES and convert it as the Tec unit. But I have a problem, I reskined the Tec Unit and for some reason it won't change when at game play as I got it using the dds converter. Maybe because the HES still excist on the game?
  18. Ladder 24 has lights now as I fixed my copy. Some of us has the skill to do that. I could walk you thru it on TS.
  19. I did some alterations on some of the vehicles. The one CHP unit had 2 red lights on top. I replaced in for the vintage blue & red square light bar. I got the hose connections working on both engines. I put extra hydrants thru out the map where needed.
  20. You think you will be doing Engine 17 and the Large Rescue Ambulance? It would be nice to see the Tech truck look like the Bomb Squad Truck but with a boom with a bucket on it.
  21. Maybe put the NY buildings in the LA Map and it dont have to be the tallest NY skyscrappers either. It could be the suround area of the City. Just to let you guys know that I did not give up on your Manhattan mod or your other mods.
