I know, that is what has the PowerPoint and WMA audio file in it.

How do i do this? 0.o It only has audio and a PowerPoint, both of which I don't understand a thing.

I've updated my drivers and restarted my machine, and sadly the game continues to crash in the same manner.

Okay thanks and thank you, got it recently. Under Windows update, i apparently have the newest drivers for DirectX 11

I've tried the graphics drivers. I think I downloaded the right ones..Can you help me with getting a link to it? How can i update directX drivers?

Well I've had this screen capture software installed months before the game lol. I've runned both of them at the same time perfectly with no problems. No idea why this is happening now all of a sudden.

The screen capture software doesn't seem to really matter, as I have been trying to launch the game without it running. You sure installing it will help?

So I've been playing 911: FR for a few days perfectly and I love it. But yesterday while playing, I restarted my game in order to launch my screen capture software because I wanted to take screen shots. As you can guess, the game won't restart. Whenever clicking to launch the game, a black window pops up for a second, blinks, and disappears. I've tried updating my drivers already. Here is my computer information. DxDiag.txt
