google is ur friend, but yes, the new york submod can be found in the submod-released section, and the washington mod didnt go ahead

dyson, that looks great, it made me laugh with the pd, fd and ems submenus had flash icons, and the tech one was still the crap original one, anyway, nice job, cant wait for the release

Dyson, on behalf of everyone, i would like to say, and i joined just to say this, thank you for creating such a brilliant submod, also, thank you for taking the time to release the final parts of it, even when you have cancelled the mod, i know that not many people would do this, so thank you, and good luck.
