Hey, Well i saw this thread, and i thought it'd be a great opportunity for me to post up some of my emergency service photographs. And also i haven't seen any on the board from Australia either. These appliances are from the NSWFB, in NSW, Australia. Pumper - Scania P310 It's got a LED message board just above the pump panel. This is just a general pumper for the NSWFB. Pump Rescue - Varley Commander This is a rescue pumper, it carries more rescue gear, but also looses out on some of the standard firefighting gear. Ladder Platform - Bronto Skylifit F37HDT This is a ladder platform, it doesn't carry any sort of major firefighting gear apart from a few lines of 78mm and 38mm hose. It currently reaches 37m high, and is used for rescues and firefighting. Aerial Pump - Scania Telesquirt This is an Aerial Pump, it's got a long boom for attacking fires high, from a distance or rescues. The A.P (Aerial Pump) Carries most standard firefighting gear, if not a little more hose. the standard AP's don't carry any rescue gear, but then you get the thigs called CARP - Combined Aerial Rescue Pump, but we just call them APs aswell. If anyone would like to see more photos or has any questions/comments please feel free to reply here or to send me a PM.
