Adobe Photoshop sixteen tons entertainment\Emergency 3\Data\Maps There is an example file in it called "example.tga" and btw, take a look at your cd, there is an editor manual

The maps are drawed and saved as TGA not as DDS

lol Ther eis anotherway for car theft, the roadblock, try stoping the car and position a road block some meters in front of it and when it rights over it the driver will come out and shoot arround

Yes, and if i remember right we had a vote some month ago about such system... and only 1 voted no so i executed it instead of putting it in the header

click on the car an double click on the icon of the guy you arested (under in the right corner) Try turning your screen and click on it, that will mostly work if not there isnt a way to get it back <_<

Thats a known problem, if you clsoe to do soemthing else you need to fully close the game and restart it, thats the only way

Not really. v1.0 is finished, but the mod need to be tested first. And I don't have much time for that, so you need to wait. need testers :o No he doesn't he choses his testers by his own and already has them
