as stated two times before in this topic, this is not possible as the police vehicle will not stop behind the vehicle when it stops but just drive in it and go stuck with it

hi, La mod only has 3 missions in it, you cant play the original missions with the la mod anymore until hoppah finishes the patch for it. About the assignements, check the file freeplayparams.xml in /mods/la mod/specs/ there you can change the frequency values for medical calls, road accidents, ...)

lol why do you guys need to crack down hoppah to make each damn change you guys want "i want this, i want that, i want so" Yes it's psosible, but i suggest you to go to the editor and make those changes for your own.
