Like I said, special things like ladder, cannons etc need names. He did not give a name to them. Conclusion: Game doesn't show them. And well if the vehicle type isn't changed to dlk in traits it won't show them either

You don't know what mono is right? mono is not a format, theres mono and stereo mode. The game will not read stereo Check your sounds folder... so uhm no I will not

A system restore deletetd all registry and start menu items, I would really recommend you to reinstall all you installed after that restore point you went to...
