You mean turn on the emergency lights? B turns them on, Shift B turns them off.... The base game has the floodlight command for special lights, which if you use that, it will activate them. If you want to redirect, as in the LA mod, then you need to download a script for that

I don't see what the screen res has to do with updating drivers? The video card drivers can be found on your card manufacturers website, and you can download and update from there. Then it should work.

Has your graphic driver been updated to what it was before? It should work if only the OS changed... In fact it will work unless something else changed

Mac doesn't support PC games. The only way you can get a mac to support a pc game, is if you put windows on it, which essentially defeats teh purpose of using a mac, if yoiu'll just put windows on it. Three times the price for the same thing... Macs aren't really meant for games that aren't specially made

I think for beta testers, like most mods, and regular games, the creators are looking for people with scripting knowledge, knowledge of the overall process, ie modding, etc. and decent systems. Not amazing, just the required specs. That way they can see if it will run on the regular system at a decent rate. IE you won't appoint at tester who doesn't know what a script is, how to use it, read it or change it, and you won't get someone in that doesn't know how to fix problems. You also wouldn't get someonone with the top of the line computer. Becuase that one runs everything. The goal is to figure out the benchmark. I test for a mod, and I run my modest computer, with the regular user specs, and aside from scripting problems and what not, I also have to make sure I can have a full roll out without HUGE amounts of lag. For those of you who are wondering, testing is not fun, it sucks. You get a basic version, that you spend about 3 hours doing every stupid thing, with every stupid command and tool, and then anything that doesn't work flawless, you have to record, and start picking through to figure out why. Or at least how. It's not like "oooh new game, I get to play!" it's like "new game, it's broken, how do I fix it?" Testing isn't a glorious game

Keep in mind, everything that was deemed impossible before isn't neccessarily impossible now. The main reason was scripting issues because freeplay doesn't run a continuous script, unlike a mission script where it is continuous.

Hi, This topic was brought to my attention and I checked into it, and since we do not have a specific rule against that, I won't be removing it for a direct violation. However there is still the (slight) possibility of copyright issues, thoughCBS does host the full episodes online. This, however this link doesn't go to a CBS site. Now as I can't imagine this being much of an issue with them since they did post it on the internet, I am just letting you know ahead of time if someone contacts us from CBS and asks us to remove it, or another staff member finds grounds to remove the links, such as a copyright regulation or what-not I overlooked, then it will be taken down. Then you need to learn. The map texture needs to be created first in a program, such as Photoshop or GIMP, then you need to place in all the kinds of stuff like roads, buildings, etc.

Pleas note, it's not all fire departments! Equpment on each unit depends on the department. I know of departments here that have special vehicles for certain things like that. Sure jsut 15 minutes from the last SJRFD station here, there's another station for a different department that doesn't carry anything but ladder supplies on the ladder. Nothing else, not even the jaws. Stuff they'll need for the ladder's sole purpose.

I don't know if it would be in an interface or not, but I can garuntee that you could change the website address in that file to whichever one you want !

When it started, it was a basic mod, like many others, then they decided to be a different mod, almost an english winterberg, so we'll see how it goes.

Problem is, I can write a simple virus, that will never be detected, it's about 5 bytes, and I can make your computer useless... Best thing is, the only way to get rid of it is if you know exactly what to look for. Another thing a lot of people get mixed up is slowness being because of viruses... You're supposed to reformat your computer periodically. I bought a hundred dollar half TB external USB hard drive about a year ago (same one is $50 now) and I backed up everything I'd need on it, formated my computer, reinstalled everything, and now it works peachy. No problems whatsoever, everything I need is saved, the computer flies and it's best kind. Use of it builds up a reg file, extra unused files and just a lot of stuff you don't need to keep. Basically the best way to clean your drains is to flat out clean them completely, not try to pinpoint the issues. If yuou have a spyware scanner and antivirus, and it's not picking up something, either someone used a dos code to screw you over, or you just need to clear your computer. And considering the chances, I'm gonna go with the latter.
