Considering that scotland is part of the commonwealth, they were probably given special authority (As in that one unit) to protect the torch and escort it from point a to the olympics

You're completely unaware of how to use the posting functions on this site. One per visit, not five.

I personally make an effort to give constructive criticism when I see a need for it. I don't go, great work! nor do I say, that's horrible! I say what I like, and what needs work for me to completely like it. That's a productive post imo, everything else is useless. To those who only complain, show me your mod that doesn't have those flaws, and I will let you, otherwise shut up. To those who don't say anything other than great work, I honestly hate posts like that. When I got them, I was like, okay, so they enjoy it, but it was the posts that pointed out small errors or made an intelligent comment that I actually enjoyed getting

Interesting idea, have the community contribute models. However, just a note, the LA Mod models were mostly by Hoppah. There were a couple people Hoppah got models from for Em3, and just kept those as the game advanced, however most of the rest were either from Voodoo_Operator, or MikeyPI, both friends of Hoppah

They're used because they work like vans, but they're more aerodynamic, better on fuel, and cheap-ish considering the size. A lot of people like them because they're roomier than a van, and cheaper than a truck. I personally like a lot of euro-designs. Some of our stuff is too big, it's a waste of resources, just to say, I'm huge. Sprinters could be the new econoline, but for this time, they're still a rarity in service

The bobsleigh could be part of a mission, like you said, mount chilad looks to be snow capped, perhaps you've gotta do a race there, something stupid to work your way in. I'd say the brz is a brazilian gang, as it appears a good bit though. There were wheat fields in the outskirts of SA last time, so the prairie as a combine harvester is a good chance Winky, could possibly be another play that the phallic imagery on the top of the ice cream truck, so my guess is that. Railmu, I don't think that's really japanese, it seems more like a railway maintenance truck. Perhaps there will be some importance in the railway this time around

No. If you don't have the mod installer, update it, if you can't update it, then you can't play. We do not provide the unpacked mod file.

Well in the older versions of the game, before there were loads of cop cars, they were all called "police" I would like to point out the lack of a fire truck and an ambulance.. For some reason I doubt that this is a complete list. For GTA standards, 48 cars +some others isn't a whole lot, at all. Not to mention, the APC, if it's anything like the GTA IV one, is the same thing as a Rhino, just updated to look like it would IRL.

Check back in say 48 hours, and they might have something else. IF not, oh well. Enjoy your 2 day suspension

Hey PremiumMods, unfortunately I cannot provide you with any updates, HOWEVER, I can provide you with a nice way to pass the time... Or at least keep them from being bothered. Check back in 48 hours, see if anything's changed, well not like you'll be able to come back before then +1 Warn & 48hr suspension.

Attn All: We are aware of a spam bot posting gibberish in many topics. If you see a post by him, and his profile is banned, do not report it, we are aware, and are getting around to deleting them all, there are just a whole lot of them
-
He's a bot, he doesn't notice attention or not. He's been banned, and with the upwards of 100 posts he made, we're slowly getting through them all to delete them. Don't report them, we're working on it

Bloody hell, I warned you about this earlier today. Again, but this time you lose posting rights.

I remember when I got my first copy of Need for Speed High stakes (not steaks. Though I can imagine, that'd be great too). I must've played it every day, for at least an hour or more. Then when I found out you could mod it, I just had to do that too. Hot Pursuit 2, I wasn't so much a fan of, and I really just miss the old NFS:HS play. But I completely agree with the statement that every other game SUCKED horribly. If they re-released NFS:HS and just updated the graphics, I'd totally buy it, which is a rare move for me!

Well honestly, before now, I didn't really know much about Turkey, it sounds to me like Turkey is just a projection of what the American Government is headed to, especially if they want to make radical changes not supported by the people in non-elected positions. This seems to be the trend in a lot of Eastern European countries. Nothing against them, it just seems to be the way Sounds like you've got a dictatorship, which is only slightly against what people over here have on many levels, the DO WHAT WE SAY, AND DO IT NOW B*TCH kind of government is very well known around here. Federal Ministers are picked up from their fishing trips by military choppers, children die due to poorly funded SAR posts, which are then removed all together, ad nauseum are all happening over here, but we call it a democracy, because the idiots of the country, both in Canada and the US will elect leaders over and over again because "Daddy voted that way" or because (especially here) "I likes him right lots, luh" despite the repetitive screwing over of the people that these "representatives" do, and I use that term only because that's their title, not because the represent the people. Personally, I think the Turkish gov't needs a forcible removal from office. Saying this probably will classify me as either a terrorist supporter, conspirator, or threat to the Turkish gov't, but I don't care. Many governments need to be removed, as when the government no longer fears its people, but instead instils fear into its people, it has failed. You can quote me on that, my mask will be available next month. (V for Vendetta joke) All jokes aside, Turkey seems like an okay country, just in a shitty situation. Knowing what I do about Eastern European culture, the current regime will continue, until either A, a "terrorist" kills the key leaders, and topples the government, B, war is waged, or C, people, after being impoverished (and nothing short of it) will eventually build up the will to revolt, and with outside assistance, will topple the government. Personally, I vote for C to happen now, before the outside assistance is needed, and the officials in power are removed, but I doubt it will happen, and if what I say sparks a riot, I'll be on the first flight to Turkey to join in!

We're looking no larger than 200 px tall, and if I bring it to my old CRT monitor (I have three screens) and your signature makes a bottom scroll bar appear (1024x768) I will not hesitate to remove it. Realistically, just keep it sensible in size, remember, people like to view this from their phones, and data charges aside, focusing solely on the speed, large pictures mean long load times. That's why we have sig size limits. No one likes waiting ten minutes for a page to load because some douchebag wanted a 10mb signature, and posted six times on one page. And no one likes someone who has a signature larger than the largest useful post they've ever made

That's wonderful. However they don't care at the FCC if it's a company paid to do the spamming, if you're paying for it to be done, you're legally responsible. And if it's an american company paying an indian one, the FCC will hunt the american one down PS, I think both of us missed the point of the lock
-
But, there is that wonderful tool that FCC has, where we send them in as spammers.. I think it carries a couple hundred grand fine.. That'd teach them a lesson
-
I'm pretty sure that posting spam is illegal... Hmm, perhaps this company should receive a nice letter of recommendation to the FCC, under the Can-spam act.
