well you might be able to set up trucks that spawn at a place, or maybe even drive to it, but i don't think it would be mobile, that would be A LOT of work, like insane, think LAFirestation Script times 12...

WAIT, you load it up right, then you go into the vehicles prototype in the editor, and edit, then tratis and then you can choose the passengers and transports (civil) Saves quite alot of time not having to script

well if you have a siren, then they are kind of good if they have a moving sound, so the vehicle its on in game has a moving sound too I guess it's how you look at it
