I wouldn't believe that, Hoppah is just like elementary school teachers, they just turn the off after the bell this is looking quite good, I cannot wait until the 1.8 version, take your time tho, I have much to keep me busy:P

haha okay, What I did was looked at their hands after the were arrested, if it was holding a gun in "idle" position, then I would arrest them, if not, I would release... That worked fine for me... Also another fun option is roll out LAPD and Deploy SWAT, have shields and gunners set up, and arrest anyone that loiters, period, and if they fight, kill them, makes a mess, but just leave them, all you have to do to pass is evac the general!

Um, Hoppah... one more question for copyright info Would I be able to make a video series using your mod, All credit will be given, where credit is due... Just wanted to check seeing how it is sort of a series not just a single video, and it will be sorrt of like a TV show instead of just normal Game-play. Um, as far as I know, right now just me and HPVFD236 are working on it, if you want more info, just PM me, and I will tell you the whole plans, but I'd rather not spoil it for everyone to see

um, you can check the cars with the bomb squad, and you don't need to take everyone into custody, only the ones with guns I don't think they open fire until the convo goes by, their orders... The LAAP and the marines are good, they wont hurt you, um, there is a few on the street by the bridge that will, and a couple bombed cars in the parking lot, just check them all to be safe, it shouldn't have taken you an hour though, I did the whole mission in about 15 mins tops

lol, no time limit, but dont forget to check the cars, and watch out for the ones at the airport, there is a sniper too... but thats it, its not too bad when you get it going Let me know how that works for ya

Okay, well the crane not being on map is a smart thing... and as for losing vehicles, I managed to lose an entire SWAT fleet(heavy rescue(big) and the two smaller rescues, a slicktop and the water cannon one as well) which sucked for me, all becuase the Heavy rescue got stuck in between the walls

As for the VIP you just go in and arrest the suspects on the side of the road, there are about 3 or 4 of them there, and watch the building side too for suspicious people, I just arrest everyone, if they have a gun when I arrest them, then they are bad, if not, I release and move on... As for the traffic accident, I do believe the car dropping is the only way, unless you can crane it before it falls, but I doubt it, and I have never tried it anyways... PS you don't need to post spoilers here. it's a spoiler forum, so people expect them

yeah, that would make sense really... The crane isn't stationed anywhere, but you never know what the ninja will do PS A couple more post and the LA MOd will have reached 200 pages!

Well there is probably a way to do it... You could spawn fire at one area given a certain event... There is your flashover... And for Backdraft, I guess, if a door is opened to this area, room ignites, but if you like break a winodw or something(whatever you want), you can air the room out, and clear the threat of a backdraft. Now, of course I didn't do it in script, but I don't see why it wouldn't be possible... Like it should all work in theory -
Well on the account they dont have fires often.. I'll let it slide now I am not sure that this can be bet, clearly WEST is unable to beat the airport training truck.,. O BTW incase you haven't clued in I have lifted time restraints, because so many rounds ended to early IMO... West, beat that!

Haha, yeah, its too bad that firemen don't really get new toys to play with, but really there isn't much you can do, you have your equipment, and in the game, no matter how many variations of it you put in, it still does the same job... Theres only so much a fireman can do... Thanks for the info NFK

oaky, I'm still lost about the limo problem, can you please explain your whole problem with screenies possibly:) I can try to make the spot light brighter, and thank-you for the comment um as for the post about placement, you put them in Em4 dir/mods/Los Angeles Mod 1.7/prototypes/vehicles This should solve your problems no troubles, if you still have problems, I'd be glad to help

Well, as far as I know, the other submods(limos, etc) are not supported with us, as I don't use them, so I suggest re installing the limo submod... and as for the FBI and Sheriff van, I'll take a look at that tomorrow, but once again if you are using another submod, this one is just using normal, regular un sub-modded LA mod vehicles... so as for the limo, I dont know what you are talking about.... I'll have to take a look at the other things now though, so let me check whats on the go with that

um.. mike, mikey, or hoppah, are any units going to be getting new lightbars/light in this version, because I know in like 1.7 you replaced the LAPD rotar with an argent, I was just wondering if you guys will be updating vehicles lights... Or all they all up to date pretty much

yeah, I think a yellow block being towed on the back of a pickup would look pretty bad, too bad there isnt really a way around it
