This is not possible, the closest "concept" you could use would be to do a mission based freeplay(ish) feeling and have upon completion of that mission strand, however you set it up to work... A new map loads for the next mission that is basically the same content, the missions would have to be triggered via that script.... To make multiple freeplays work on a singular mod in conventional freeplay would require changing the maps manually out of the directory of the mod every time you wanted a new section of the map to be playable and take an incredible timeframe to complete it..

Somehow you are trusted to be a Firefighter... Apparently your department doesnt believe in respect, courtesy or anything of the like..... Ridiculous. I won't even take the time to go into your young son's impatience or lackof understanding the fact of how long to do a proper mod will take, it would be a fool's errand to try. I am just the guy willing to call it as I see it. Not very polite or courteous now is it?

I'm evil enough to do it as well.. But to go onto what NFK said, perhaps just perhaps some people who develop mods want to actually get them RIGHT the first time, everyone is expecting that Version 1.0Beta will be released, these guys clearly have no intention of doing this type of behavior, they want to ensure the first version is about as damage-proof as possible, of course someone will find a way to break it as is the way with these mods including mine I'm sure.... But some of us actually do want to put out a proper Version 1.0 that works for people who'll use things as intended rather than trying to break it, in most cases you even attempt to replicate what someone will do to try to wreck it because well.... someone always finds a way... To make a correct mod that is nearly infallable takes time, everyone likes to pick on this fact, such is why my mod doesnt have a topic to prevent such comments. Give them time, let them try to make it to where it can't be broken, even though someone will find a way to do so.... Everyone knows this is a fact of life when you mod something... if there's a will there's a way to break it and someone will find it and complain about it, they are just attempting to cover their bases in ensuring they don't release a bug-ridden addon for this game... one would hope people would appreciate this but i digest.

if you can dump the file from blender to .3DS format Zmod 2 should be able to read it, in order to make a model work in EM3/4 you'll need zmod2 to export to .v3o, be forwarned some apps do not port to zmod as they did in the original app they came from so you might need to redo the UV map (a common issue) and polygons might need tweaking because of the Axis structure Z2 uses.

his windshield is too sharp expresses are more rounded not > shaped windshields and it is indeed probrably too short, there are in fact two varients of the express length wise, the standard one and a longer one that adds about 3 feet to the length of the vehicle, unlike the ford version the GMC/Chevrolet adds the length between the wheels where the ford adds it behind the rear wheels.

either scenario would take a great deal of work IF you wished to keep the la mod functions such as the weapons and other toys added to the LA mod personnel, however I do believe if one really wanted to do something such as what you want to do it would probrably be easier to edit the mod for such a purpose as some vehicles require their spawn locations off-map to exist.... edit/remove scripts as necessary since most of the addon scripts are standalone... Either way you're going to have to do a great deal of work to the UI and scripts to remove the station commands from EVERY vehicle to prevent crashes, your game crashed because of the scripts that are running are looking for those Virtual Objects that do not exist, you'll have to remove the scripts and the items from each vehicle's UI in order for the game to not crash... It's going to take a good deal of work to accomplish a task like this. -

the la mod has a great deal of commands/scripts in the modification that rely on the virtual objects of the stations to occur, without the map the mod won't work, the only way to make this possible would be to remove all those scripts and associated commands from the mod, that is a great deal of work to do such a thing. -
64 Bit should not interfere with EM4 running on it, alot of us have 64 bit systems now and it installs fine including my 911FR

NFK Lies parachutes are totally safe unless I am the one that packed them and you've left me your worldy possessions... The national guard is a force that is technically more or less a reserve contingient of military resources at the state-level's disposal in case of an emergency at a state-level, they are more or less just more "hands" to attempt to resolve whatever the issue may be that is at hand, not always optimum equipped resources available... Unfortunately what's available to lend a hand.. National guard forces are more or less a stop-gap to fill in the issue of insufficient personnel, but they realistically in the USA do not have the resources to address most "advanced" crisis scenarios... They are more or less equated to boots on the ground to help attempt to retain order and assist in the means of providing more manpower for whatever the issue(s) may be.

Modeling and UV mapping, Scripting, and people to do the reskins from the looks of it are all things you'd need filled. The harder aspects of making a mod right there unfortunately.

Money talks in this world, perhaps the memo was missed... To be totally honest some of the most profittable advertising schemes have been based upon outrage, not comedy or factual information.... People love to watch things that shock them, which is why companies love to sign people like her, even if you totally disagree with the chick, you'll still watch her, you'll be outraged, and you'll tell your friends which in turn gives the sites/tv shows their advertising quotas for the month in a short duration. Shock and outrage sells far more surely than peace and love and all the other sugar coated things of the world, and companies looking to make a buck know this as sure as any person with any time of sense would.. But none the less people watch, it's why reality tv is ungodly (yet disgustingly) popular these days, people LOVE to watch other morons doing their own stupid brand of nonsensical behavior as it makes you feel better about yourself, and gives you someone to put down... Well for normal people anyway.

Note to members do NOT reply to suspicious posts that are most likely spam, there is no logical reason to do so as if it is a bot it won't be reading your post anyway... Bumping your post count up (why people do it I'll never fathom) by spamming a spam topic is pointless and rather annoying to clean up.... Just report the things and we'll get to them when we get a chance... We tend to get to them pretty fast if notified of their existance.

Get a DDS converter, whichever one you wish to use since most people use DDS format for their skins you'll have to port them to something other than DDS to mod em... Get a decent paint app it's covered just about everywhere paint.net psp, photoshop, anything reasonably decent... if its a vehicle from the LA mod the files are packed, again this is covered in the LA mod section... in the end reskinning isnt too difficult you won't require any other apps than a paint program and a dds converter to make it work, if you want to ease your effort get zmod2 since it shows the skins on the model outside of the editor/game, makes reskinning easier..

Copy them out of program files and onto your desktop, edit them/save them, then place them back user account control will not permit a non-administrator to edit files in program files.

Multi-Player bugs reported here will be noted, however for V1.0 we will not attempt to resolve these. This mod is capable of MP gameplay, but we did not put emphasis on testing nor making all the features work for MP at this time. Any bugs encountered will be investigated for a later version, but in V1.0 we focused on attempting to get the SP version as bug-free as possible. Also Known As: Not the NY Mod You're Thinking Of! 1. General Information This is a modification created to represent the general area of New York City with vehicles and personnel reflecting the city of New York, unlike other mods which specifically picked a bourrogh to represent, this modification more or less covers the city as a whole. While perhaps not the most realistic scenario it allowed me to pick units from all over the city and include them for their uniqueness or because I liked them over what might have been for example in the Bronx only. Currently in V1.0 the map is a modified original map, which I admit is not the best feel for NYC... In the end making a new map will take some time with new buildings and what not and I really wanted to release a functional version with the features necessary to play it and then for the next version work on the things that I sadly could not get done for the first version. The gameplay aspect of this mod is designed to be more of a hybrid of the original game and the Los Angeles modification, I felt that the LA mod added exellent realism, but at the cost of the strategy aspect which this game originally intended to exist. So I've tried to add realism and functions that are indeed useful without making it to where it became too "easy" and removed the strategy which made this game appealing in the first place. Some of the units have features that other vehicles will not, this is done on purpose to make you have to plan and think about what you send and how you use the resources available to you. Please note that this modification is based 2002-2008 or so, I've locked the date in on purpose as this permits the ability to focus on adding new features as opposed to attempting to keep every vehicle current since larger cities tend to get new vehicles relatively often it would have made the modification never-ending in development. I wanted to be able to complete a project I felt was necessary for the mod and move onto the next, which is how all subsequent future additions will proceed. Hopefully you enjoy this representation of the city of New York=) 2. Mod Features - Different police vehicles under 1 icon, also called 'random spawn'. Only works in free play. - Two fire stations, one police station and one hospital on edited freeplay map (based on LA Mod functionality). - Small tow truck can only tow small vehicles - Large tow truck can only tow bigger vehicles and can also lift vehicles with its crane. - Riot police units who can form up (based on NL Mod riot police) -Functional Hiriser bars - etc. 3.
