    Description:  A program for editing NFS 3 and NFS 4 mesh (FCE) files.  You can also change FCE colors and edit dummies with it also.  You'll need NFS Wizard to extract the FCE files from the CAR.VIV file.  This version does not have the option to delete polygons, so if you need that function, grab a copy of v1.43 before you leave.  Also includes FCETweak, a separate program which allows you to change normals, edit polygon flags, and fuse parts together.

  25. Car Manager Utility

    Description:  A program for managing your cars.  Very useful if you have more than 50 cars, it allows you to create groups of up to 50 cars, and lets you switch between groups.  More info available in the README and HELP files.  Run CARMAN12.EXE to install, then put the CARMAN12_FIX.EXE file in your Car Manager folder and run it to install the fix.
