FBI Hostage Rescue Team, LAPD SWAT or NYPD Emerg. Services Unit. Which one is best, and why?

FBI HRT because they can operate nation wide, LAPD and NYPD can only operate in their jurisdiction

They're all good! They do pretty much the same work and they should all have credits
that my option. -
HRT is the most prestegious, but I have to throw my support behind LAPD SWAT. Between the riots, gang issues, and other violent crime, they are often involved in the action. There was also the 1974 shootout with the SLA and the 1997 bank robbery in North Hollywood that really put them in the spotlight.
Of course, HRT is a close 2nd for their national jurisdiction, as well as their response to the Talledega Prison Crisis.
