What did you guys think of the new ambulance's LED lighting and radiation. Did it come off as an eye sore, or did the authentic lights help make the gameplay more lively and realistic? What could I do to improve, or change? I want to be even with everyone here. Any constructive feed back is a bonus for us and a valued contribution. Be open as possible!

FDNY The Simulation Concept & Important News

Oh, really? Well, I take back what I said then, haha. What's the name of the game engine in question? If you can come up with a feature to engineer lights and patterns like the light editor of EM4, you can sign me up!- 55 replies

Lol. Doing this project won't be free, you know that right? Do you have a bulky income source to finance the operations in order to construct, produce and print the game? It all depends on the ramifications of your game, such as size, game engine and scripts.- 55 replies

Hey guys. For those who are wondering if the fleet will replace Surrey's fleet - will not be the case. We have not eliminated any of the Surrey Fire apparatuses such as Heavy Rescue, engines and tankers. The new apparatuses will be called off the map via the logisitic list in-game. And of course, custom authentic LED patterns wil be made, as I hate generic lighting. Thank you all for the support, guys. It's the best way to keep us motivated! You guys are our cause.

Here is a straight-forward suggestion - Talk to the Fire Chief, or contact your local Motor Vehicle's office and ask about the vehicle code. If you do not have proper official creditionals to operate a vehicle equipped with lights and sirens, it is considered, by law, impersonating and a felonly. Refrain from installing any emergency products in your vehicle, until you are within legal grounds. It is not against the law to own such products, as it is your own private property, but it is against the law to operate it on public roads. You'll also be a police magnet, as officers will be curious as of why you have LED emergency products on-board in your vehicle. Too much attention drawn upon yourself.

Lol. The mechanical siren is a Federal Signal Q2B Siren. The Electronic Siren that you can hear running as dual, is either Federal Signal PA300, or a product from Whelen. It sounds like Whelen 295Sl100, but i am positive that it's a PA300. .

Hi Cam, Thank for your considerable interest towards the Michigan State Police submodification. We are not ready to negotiate with any third parties over the privileges to acess and use our models, and to distribute them publically. We have to practice anti-theft and piracy rights in respect of those who are credited authors of such model we have in possession. We are following a formula and we are sticking to it. Good luck with your modification!

Time is not our enemy, but a friend instead. It grants us enough window time to complete a project with excelled quality and craftsmanship. If we had a dead line, the pressure would have us rush the work, and we don't want to read bad critics pointing it out. The more time we have, the better the mod gets.

We're still looking for volunteers who are willing to contribute their time and map editing skills for the cause of developing Surrey geographic map. We do already have a few selected to help us out, but unfortunately they are still finishing up with their own priorities and we fully encourage that. Once we have a full and functional group, we will begin with the development. Until then, Todd and myself are only doing model edits.
