it will replace some of the la police units(mostly the main units) and at a later date after the RCMP mod is done we may put more Ontario or Toronto units in the game.

I re-worked all the umpc's (black and white one missing,still in the shop),new spotlights,bigger pushbars and as you can see 2 Tahoes scaled perfectly,no roof rack,exact replica pushbar and in the perfect colour(especially the blue one)

I think they look more bad ass with the black rims but for reality sake I will slap the chrome wheel covers on the 2 LAPD cruisers.LASD and CHP will keep the black rims...

correct it is a freeplay map in the editor for display purposes...I do want to have a new map,been checking it out but if you know anybody with the skills already and is willing to help us, let us know here. I reworked 2 of our umpc's to be civilian in appearance,they have colour matching panels on the back trunk,chrome mouldings,new chrome grill and chrome wheels.These will have no pushbars or spotlights like the others...beware the GRANDPA mobile!!!

thanks Sigmeister,I just put lights in the added led housings to show CFD where I added led's...CFD will get the lights happening and correct,thanks for the pics and videos...we may get a chevy pickup down the road till then it's a Ford

thanks guys,for now we will be replacing just the crown vics ,everything else is for the most part still current...I'm thinking about changing the bomb squad to a truck like the heavy fire rescue as I seen lots of flickr pics with that unit and the LAPD suv unit will be changed to a marked tahoe.

these are new lapd,lasd and chp skins...it is the Nnico p-71 model which will replace the original LA mod cv's which are smaller and not as skin friendly,they will also include a child pushbar and 2 lightbars. this pack will include the models/prototypes and the skins,you will just have to put in the appropriate folders and your LA mod will have brand spanking new cv's...

the ones in the pictures I showed you have them and some don't...kind of explains itself.

I used my other templates from my other mod (that's why the bars and window textures) and skinned over them so the windows will all be re-worked as correct in real life... these skins were done in a night so I could show the units we will be using. By the time you guys get these they will be real life correct as compared to photos also the CHP will have the mirror led's and the angled led's on the pushbar...

the LAPD skins are just on my other units for pictures to show you guys,the final in game will be correct...BUT,you are wrong...some LAPD p-71's DO have pushbars(both rhino and LASD style)

The RCMP is unique in the world as a federal,provincial and municipal police force(only Ontario and Quebec do not use them in all the provinces of Canada).In British Columbia the majority of municipalities are policed by the RCMP,as is the case in Surrey(which is the biggest RCMP force in Canada)They will also back up other agencies,as was the case last night when the young alcohol fueled idiots rioted in Vancouver,The RCMP from Surrey,Richmond,Burnaby,ect as well as other city police from the lower mainland sent a massive force to help out the V.P.D. There are Sheriffs in British Columbia and Alberta,they are mostly responsible for court protection,prisoners.They have no police duties as far as patrolling or arresting, unless your wanted with a warrant.

CFD and myself have decided to make this little submod that will include 6 or so units,some personnel and correct siren.This will include the p-71's from the RCMP mod with a few of our new toys and add-ons,also the re-worked tahoe and a dodge charger. I've done a few skins so far and we have a first I believe...I did a stealth p-71 that has markings that disappear depending on your view,also a marked p-71 and a marked tahoe.
