CFD is doing all the lights from scratch on all the units,CFD has been doing light mods for the emergency games for years and his work and talent speaks for itself.I was lucky to have him join me in this project. Because these are all new units, there are no light mods that will work on our mod...our lights are based on actual reproductions of the real life units,so light mods in the future would be useless anyways.

I think we should concentrate on getting other things done,to make the video and upload it takes time away from other things we could be spending more time on. Also CFD is now lighting all these new units,so there's not enough done to make it worth while yet...he'll probably just give you the individual unit video updates as necessary.

yes you are right, the cost right now to start up city police or provincial would be massive province wide.I think this is just Ottawa playing hardball in the negotiations...do you seriously think that the federal government or the RCMP will scrap roughly 10,000 RCMP and civilian connected jobs in British Columbia??but then again politicians aren't a bright bunch!!

that works for all models except 3-4(tiller,tahoe,fbi command center),even if you unpack these, Zmod will still not open them. You need to get the original model from the creator of it,as was the case when I did the Tahoe.

you would have to copy and paste only the units you want from the downloaded folder.I'll add the old tiny swat suv for you to put it back... swat suv.rar -only use this if you want the small original suburban back unpack,2 folders model and prototype, copy and paste model folder contents>vehicles>03 police, copy and paste prototype folder contents>vehicles>03 police

all I see payless towing around are porta-pottys...I still have a rollback to skin so I will skin a burnaby or vancouver one. to bad your not near NCIX anymore,I just finished building a desktop game rig and retired the old beast. It was a lot cheaper and better (performance) than going out and buying the pre-assembled computer

you have to enable your editor, there's a thread about how to do it in the forum, been so long I forgot all the details you have to make the skins yourself, there's tutorials just search it and they tell you all the steps not yet and what your doing is a form of asking for updates and it is not allowed.Patience is the key, when I finish a task,I always share the update with you guys...so sit back and wait,it will come.

for matching stuff on the skins,a lot of the times you have to skin it ,then check the editor and go back and forth till it matches or lines up.The BCAS ambulance is a perfect example of that, to line up the side stripe with the roof stripe that meets it...that skin took hours to do. same on the new engineers van where the stripe goes and wraps around and continues on the back, same trick, skin it then check editor.
