I agree, every time there's a call in my area, they respond well before the BCAS get's there. Each time the firefighters were wearing the blue station uniforms.I read somewhere last night (can't find it now)but a lot of the Surrey Fire Service calls were first responders medical calls. I could skin them in blue station wear but if you went to a fire you wouldn't have the guy hooked up to the rig running a hose dressed like that...unrealistic and humorous. So,I will either skin a ff/medic with top turn out gear and blue station pants(like la mod) or all turn out gear with the medical bag or just staff the rescue rigs 1,2 and 4 with blue station wear medic I could staff the rigs like this: engine 8=4 fire fighter in full gear / 1 blue station wear engine10= same as above engine13=same as above engine14=same as above rescue1=2 ff's in full gear/2 blue station wear medics rescue 2=same as above rescue 4=same as above any input is appreciated, our goal is to be realistic as possible.

thanks,I prefer the old white/blue BCAS uniforms too.I was thinking about the fbi guy too when I dug the RCMP skins out of their folder,my thoughts for him was maybe blue jeans ,t-shirt,BP vest. But the IHIT suits sounds cool too and less to change on the skin. what are your guys thoughts on paramedic(emt)/ffs from la mod?I would rather keep them strictly fire fighters and rescue tasks and leave the paramedic duties to the BCAS units. That way also you would need to call multiple units not your 1 unit does it all, that get's boring quickly.

A little friendly advice,if you want someone to take you seriously and comment on your topic...you've got to do some work. Otherwise, what is there to talk about??

there will be numerous fire calls like the police calls and calls where you will need all resources at your command. The ideas about the pumper trucks does sound interesting also it would be cool if you had to hook engines up to a hydrant or a pumper for realism sake...we will see what we can come up with. All fire units are done and realistically reflect current units in the Surrey Fire Service,so no more units are planned as units you mentioned are not used in the city.

HOW many times do you have to be told not to ask dave???maybe we won't release it at all,if you keep hounding us!!! we have discussed this numerous times before, there is still a lot of work to do...it will be done the day it's done, not one day sooner.I don't want to keep having this discussion after a few weeks pass, chill and wait patiently like everybody else.
