  1. I agree it's a cool idea,you can have them off/on as you can do that now with the rain so I don't see why not with the snow...Dyson made his ny submod with a snow theme last x-mas so it has been done already.
  2. I agree it would look cool,but you know it usually only snows for a week out of the entire winter usually...anything like the snow or rain creates a lot of lag, add to that our higher rez skins and super lights would spell disaster for anyone not running a decent computer.

  4. More than 600 downloads before there was a problem...do these people lie??? I told you I was going to put up a new download in a day or two (CFD is going to finish the chp slick,lapp and laap) so sit back and wait patiently.
  5. each service and unit in it will have it's own manual sirens,the fire will have the Q on constant when in code 3 but you can press air horn ,welp or wail
  6. those are just grouped together sound clips to give you an idea of the sirens we will have,our final version will have for example:smart siren,there will be wail,yelp,phaser and horn which will be manual set by you the game player,each setting will stay untill you change it...so you can set wail and drive to your emergency,as you reach an intersection you can push the phaser and so on. Each brand of siren we included in the video will have this option, not the run together siren you feared in the video.
  7. I agree with admntrs,LODD(unfortunate) cool,realism factor but the funeral too much.Like somebody else said you never have one right after the death .We'll think about it so for now end of funeral discussion, it doesn't need to go on for 2 pages lol
  8. yes we will make them different,maybe add water rescue capabilities to one,map not yet I was still finishing some units and personnel skins,then map time.
  9. I'll work on a download with it all together,it's amazing how many downloads it gets where everything is good and now problems...on my computer and countless others everything is fine so I don't know what you new guys are doing but I'll join them all in one link and see what happens then.
  10. maybe a big car accident involving a semi trailer with toxic load,we took the time to do the units so we''ll be damned sure were gonna use them..even if the heavy rescue is used as a meals on wheels mission.
  11. download one of the 2 links on page 1,copy and paste to appropriate folders,use the link to post#370,download tire fix and copy and paste to correct folders. There are no issues,everything is as it should be...if you have issues it's because your not following instructions or unpacking it wrong.Do not use with light submods or other submods unless you know where to place files or your cars will be screwed up.

Thanks for the enthusiasm,but please be respectful of others work.If it wasn't for hoppah and his mod,most of us would not have any projects to work on unless we were skilled in all aspects of making a mod. To everybody,no more negative comments regarding other peoples mods,submods or projects.This is not a competition,we are making a mod to the best of our ability that portrays the emergency services of our great country...as does all others who spend time making these projects so that others may enjoy them and for that they deserve our respect and appreciation.

No worries man,I will only release a 100% completed project for you guys.With that being said,it may push that date back.But you know it's worth it for a new map and all new units...all you guys are gonna need plastic surgery to remove the smiles from your face after we FINALLY release it and you get too play it.

  18. those are CFD's(made with too much GREEN beer) that's how they roll in Calgary...or those are intentionally pointing at the new grill saying look at me(whatever diverts the attention away from me)
  19. here's a small update that makes a huge difference in the looks of all our fire apparatus,city hall has splurged and all our Spartan's are now 2011 models(check out the new grill)
  20. just in turnouts,I'm pretty sure that big beast doesn't do many medical calls and it might be 4 ff's on the ladder as it has the tower and I added 4 hook ups to the engine
