Hi! The mod takes some time to load, so when you start the game and choose the mod, the screen will go black for a minute or two, wait!!! Your computer will say that em4 is "not responding". Don't care! Keep waiting! If it doesn't work in, let's say 5 min, there is a problem with your installation. Fixing your installation: Try to install the newest version of em4 and the newest version of LA mod. Also make sure that you are trying to play the right version of the mod (not em3 version, tho you should have noticed this problem while installing.) Can you move your cam in standard (no mods) em4?? The controls should be: Move the mouse to the edge of screen, arrow keys.

Hi! I can see from the dxdiag that you have vista sp1 installed, installing sp2 might help! Here is a guide for installing Service Pack 2 on Vista: Vista Support @ microsoft.com As long as you don't use a illegal version of vista, this should help! If you ARE using a illegal copy, then i can't help, blame yourself and you deserve it! LOL If you are legal then i'm sorry for my suspicions, but it makes no sense NOT to update your windows if you have a legal copy. Från DxDiag ser jag också att du pratar svenska! If it's only the siren sound that's missing READ THIS, otherwise just ignore and i will do my best to feel embarrassed : On the pure install of em4, no mods and no addons, we have the ridiculous siren that only will make sound when you give a command or the emergency vehicle overtakes an obstacle. BUT... there is one way to get this stupidity to go away, install a mod! For example LA mod will make the siren run all the time, or actually however you'd like to. La mod has this AWESOME in-game siren controller. Also the Essex mod and the Aarhus mod (maybe some other mods, i dunno,) have this control panel.

I didn't really understand your question. Did you mean this? I use the scrollbutton to rotate/pan the camera view. (And of course i use the scroll to zoom in and out). I might be wrong, but try holding Alt and move the mouse, that should also work as a pan/rotate. Hope it helped!

As O'Neill said, you will have to wait a while for the mod to work, and if this doesn't help make sure that you have your game fully updated and download the newest version of the la mod. EM4 patches here on em-planet.com La mod 2.0 here on em-planet.com Here you can get the 2.0-2.0.2 update, get this too!
