I found the car. It's a police car from Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, USA. Right?

Correct! Good job! It's a Police car "allocated at the airport district in Hong Kong" as they say in wikipedia =D. That's why the emergency lights are yellow and not blue-red like the "normal" police cars. And why they are yellow instead of blue-red is (i think) because it's easier to spot yellow lights from a plane than it is to spot blue-red lights from up there. Your turn!

Almost! China and Hong Kong are correct, but it's not a traffic division police car.

Hi! Jeah, and I suppose you mean editing the freeplay events. So here is what you have to do: Open fp_freeplay_endless in folder Specs. Here you can find all the events and how often they happen. The first line says what the event name is, so if you want to get rid of cop-events, you should find all the "cartheft" "robbery" "hostage" etc. If you edit the line (here in red) "enabled value" from "1" to "0" this specific even will not happen at all. Ever. However, you might want to only make a event happen more seldom, then edit the line (here in blue) "AvarageFrequency value" to a smaller number. I have some of my events at 0.1 and they almost never occur. Yeah, and i didn't like it! It was way too easy and not very realistic. It was also a bit boring. Tho i liked the way you had to slowly build up your station with better cars, more officers etc. without blowing the budget.

Hi! I understood those values like this! if it's 1, this event will occur on an average of once per minute, if it's 2.5, it should occur on a average of two and a half times every minute. But some mods haven't got all events available. For example on the Lamod, i have tried to add the value for car theft to occur more often, tho it's still completely disabled. This is probably because lamod freeplaymap doesn't contain this event. Hope i helped!

Hi! That's quite difficult. It's recommended that you have at least some experience with c++. However here are some tutorials for how to mod. And don't expect that scripting is anything you learn just like that. It requires lots and lots of time to learn how to script. Hope I helped and good luck!
