Hmmm. Something tells me it's Norwegian :D Oslo, maybe? Actually, it isn't. Rules at post #1 ... 3.NO PHOTO SHOPPING! Photo shopping of any sort isn't allowed, so no blurring or censoring anything in the picture. So you cannot black out a name or logo at all! However you can crop the picture if there is like other vehicles that would distract the main object... like three departments police cars, you can block out the ones you aren't using. BUT ONLY if they are from different departments. ...

Try specs/fp_freeplay_endless. At least you can change the weathers there, i think that time of day also should be changeable, but I am not sure. (Can't check since I'm on my mac ). Sorry if I'm wrong. -

Well, i suppose you have the free version. And it is restricted to only a few seconds videorecording. But however, if you open up the program fraps, then open your game and when you are ready to start your video, press F10 (F9 is screenshot, if I remember correctly). You might want to lower you resolution and detail-level ingame, since fraps often causes lags.
