OOokay. I have no idea what's wrong, but here we go. Well, first of all have you tried to reinstall both the game and the mod (if you use one), and do you use any program like hamachi or something? Also, try to run game as admin. Out of memory you say. Well that doesn't make any sense to me, no idea.

I myself have the Samsung Galaxy S2 and I think it's the best phone out there. There are small differences between the Ios and the Androids. Mainly, the ios have more restrictions, but more apps. The android have (slightly) more open source apps and not many restrictions. I'd say like, if you have a mac and loads o cash, go for the apple. If you use gmail, and google's calendar and such, go for the android. With Android you can do basically anything, with IOS you don't have to know anything to do what you want to do, it's easy to use. With android, there is the thing with different brands. If you want to have a cheap, crappy smartphone or a expensive highend smartphone both are out there running android as os. As I said earlier, I have the Samsung galaxy S2 which is highend and expensive. I like it a lot though, and I recommend this if you want no lag anywhere, anytime. I like the android ui and overall userfriendlyness, I disagree with search_destroy. My vote for Android!

I have to say a few things... 1. XBL is a lot better than PSN. I play, therefore I am willing to pay. It's totally worth the money. (Security, customerservice and such are better on XBL) 2. Xbox360 controller is a lot more comfortable and feels better than the ps3 controller (For my hands at least) 3. Ps3 has better graphics 4. Ps3 has BluRay. Which is cool. 5. Xbox has no internet-browser! I don't need this feature, but it's worth to mention when comparing these two 6. Xbox Kinect isn't really that cool. It works okay sometimes, but it's really a weird gameplay, and it feels like it requires a greenscreen, or at least a clean livingroom as a background. I myself have a box. Since I like the exclusives (Forza mostly), the XBL and i like the controller. The biggest reason for me choosing the box however is that most of my friends have the box. It's stupid to play on another platform than your friends.

Well, make sure the file isn't write protected. Rightclick the file and untick the read-only option.

.rar files are heavilly compressed and you will have to use a program like 7-zip to extract the files. So, download 7zip and then when 7zip installed go rightclick on the .rar file and choose the "extract here" option. Hope I helped!

@randomperson139 That is a really nice skin! Looks really nice and the lights are cool! (I know, the competition isn't about lights ) May I be an total jerk though? The numberplate is German although it's a Brittish car. hehe

It's the same version, only on a new server, since the rapidshare link doesn't work for some and the megaupload is dead.

You will have to modify the freeplayparameters.xml (open with notepad) found in Emergency 3\data\specs. I can't provide more details at the moment since I don't have em3 installed, although I have the disc laying around here somewhere. Feel free to ask any further questions!

Speakin about the vic's now, is there any difference between a car with a lightbar and the slicktop version? (exept for the looks then). I've noticed that several pd's have both.
