I didn't make my own stuff, but I was trying to make a simplier version of SAFDFR but it always crashed. So I ended up with a police accessories /ELM/Police Chase v3 That worked out okay, but I think I have to make it from police chase v2, because after you kill a guy in a chase, the game sometimes crashes. I really don't care that much to beg a modder for unlocking file, I don't mod much emergency and people ask me for assitance, mostly on stuff I can't do, so I don't think I'm gonna bother the author My computer needs a new graphic card to run GTA IV, but I should be getting a new one soon, I did a lot of modding in GTA SA. I was looking at cars to replace and these are the best I've found. hey guys, I was wondering if I got spark iv working, would I need an ELS mod to download this? http://gtapolicemods.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=1377 I'm personly not a fan of ELS, because it crashes to often, makes the cars indestructible, and just can be annoying when it doesn't work right. So if anybody knows of a way That I could just use the GTA lights on this, that would be great. Hey guys, I'm very into Airsofting and so are a lot of my friends. I have two guns, a Tactical Force C02 Combat Pistol and a Stunt Police M4 Electric Rifle. -My M4 motor burnt out in the middle of it's first match, luckily my buddy had an extra pump-shotgun, but it still has a functioning spring function. -The Tactical Force Pistol is half Polymer and half metal. (Metal slide, magazine, internals and barrel) this gun is C02, one cartage of C02 lasts about 10 magazines. It is a very sturdy, very durable gun. It may look like like a glock, but the gun is fictional. None of the functions (safety, mag release) are in the same place as the real thing. It doesn't shoot extremely well; it curves and I'm unaware on how to change hop-up. However, in close quarters, the curving isn't a problem. The gas is loaded into the grip, and the magazine is a thin style that only carries the BBs. -- Highly recommend for anybody buying a sidearm; but grab extra magazines with your order if you can. Other pluses, the gun is a cheap price for the quality, apx $60 all around. And it is a blowback as well. he went with FEMA, which runs a Urban Search And Rescue Team. Then after he came back he left with the iron workers union, They did a lot to remove metal so the FF and bucket brigade could get to the trapped

Hey Guys, I've had a lot on my plate recently, so I'm going to back out of Emergency 4 for a while. I'm still going to be on the forums, and I will still working on my Emergency 3 mod. -As many of you know, my prototype .Ep4 files never saved, so I could never successfully send out a mod. -I rarely play it, whenever I have something in Emergency 4 open in my computer it is almost always the editor -I have little time to play/mod because of real life -It really doesn't interest me as much as Em3 and other games This doesn't mean I'm backing out of Meriden and Morrington, but all I've done for them is skin and give advice. I'm still going to skin because I still have windows paint and I can check the skins in Em3. And I haven't forgotten what to do in Em4. This is just for the record, I'm not trying to make myself seem like I had any real importance in modding, but I thought I'd just let you guys know. I should get back into it when I get a new computer, but not sure how that'll be. I'll still be on the forums, owing and awing at whatever you guys come up with, and I'll still be happy to help. I'll defiantly be getting Emergency 5 & 2013! You guys haven't seen the last of me, Thanks Guys!

Hey guys, I got GTA SA off of steam, and I used some strange mirroring thing to get a moddable .EXE file. Anyway so I download v2.0, (I just wanted a simple version and one up from the police chase mod) and on of the reason I download it, a partner, isn't working whenever I stop the car he gets out and starts shooting at some random gang member. Anybody know how to fix this?

I was in Kindergarden or first grade, and all I remember from that day was apparently we were let out of school early, and what I remember is being in the play room with my brother playing with the Funrise Fire Engines my dad bought us and my mom coming in and saying dad's going to work, and he may not be back for a few weeks. I asked her why it was so long, and she said he was going to NY. He left with the FEMA USAR Team and came back three weeks later. Then He was back for a week and left for another two with the Ironworkers. I don't remember much, but I when I got old enough to really understand it, I didn't wanna be a firefighter anymore. Now, I look back on it, and as scary, and hellish it may get, I am going to be a firefighter. I'm gonna do whatever it takes, because it is who I wanna be and it's all I know what to do. Never Forget.

i fixed the doors on your Engine 19. Now, the only problem I have with your rig is that when I changed the general color of it, there are still parts of that didn't change and i changed every red on the texture plate to this color. But still a great rig for the mod! Thanks!

hoestly, I've used all you're wheels and texture plates, from b2.3 I do owe you a lot for that: Thanks! But I really don't know what to do about the E250, is there going to be lightbarless/civil model of that in v2. I would suggest a new medical examiner's van, nothing against hoppah's model, but it doesn't match with the rest of the mod.

Hey, does anybody know how I can fix these wheels? -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- And this problem happened after I download the Manhattan Mod, and it did this to all of the vans I have by NNico, and is still here even after I removed the mod. (I'd really like it if this didn't happen in V2) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- And the lightbar appeared after the Manhattan Mod too, but the rest was there before so.... Any help on how to get these back to normal would be greatly appreciated

I go to objectchildren under objects and hit new - then I take the likebar model and select, rename the prototype Vector or whatever - Then I hit okay, go to the cruiser I wanna put it on - hit edit childs - then Edit Children and go to objectchildren and select it. Things you need: -a cruiser model w/ an exsisting lightbar. I suggest putting a police skin on one of the civil crown vics if you're using LA mod. And putting the Lightbar on that. -Lightbars, a ton just flooded into the download section to change a model in a prototype, hit edit on the selected prototype and go to the bottom of the menu and select browse next to the model list and you can go through that menu to select a model. (to go back up a folder, hit the 3 dots at the top of the menu on the right side)

Hey guys, I downloaded GTA IV from Steam onto my computer. When I try to open and play the game, I get through the FBI warnings and rights and then the screen goes black and back to the desktop where a notice pops up saying: [look at Picture] I've updated DirectX and not sure how to update video card. I've gone through the Device Manager and the Display setting is already updated to the latest version according to the Control Panel. Could Somebody advise me on what to do with this?
