Yeah, I mean other than wanting to get back into Emergency, I am not a gamer at all. I have San Andreas on my family's desktop if I want it. And I just figured out how to change models inn GTA V on the ps3, so I'm good with other games for a while. But yeah, I know I'd need a video card, what if it was an external one? And I'm looking @ 15" screens now too, but I'd really like to exhaust all 11" options if it's possible And again thanks for the input, I didn't figure I'd get so much assistance.

Yeah, I hate to say it, but I really don't want to go up on the screen size. I have a chromebook for school now and its very slick to have a small computer. I'll keep looking, but yeah I'm really not looking for anything bigger for convenience's sake.

Yeah I know it's not suited for gaming, this wouldn't be a gaming computer, I'd use it for school, videos, the internet, itunes, writing, gta v editor, etc. I just wanted to know If I could pop emergency on there too for shits and giggles. This would be in no way a gaming computer, but I would at least want one to run emergency (3-5) on decent settings. I'm not big into games, but I'd like to have those at my disposal. I also need to look at this market because of the money, the cheaper the better. Thanks for the input and seriously thanks for the research for me. EDIT: Does anyone know the specs for Em5 anyways?

(Come to learn my dad knows nothing about computers) Sorry I know not helpful, but em3 for me is either really fast or slow, it varied so much and I never bothered to change any of the scripts.

Were you thinking 10-13 or whatever on the steam community right now?

Hey guys, I haven't been around here in a while, mainly because my laptop's disc drive burnt before I put Emergency on it. So I've been playing like GTA SA from steam, and honestly that's it. Now that computer is dying, slowly but it's dying. And I'm looking on getting a new one. Ideally I'd like another laptop, my family moves around a lot during the summer and winter, so I like the mobility. I'd like something small, so I'm looking at an Asus Netbook, I'll leave the link below. I looked over the specs, but me and my little knowledge about the mechanics of computers are still uncertain if this can run what I want it to run. Stuff I'd like it to run: (Really want with Stars) -Emergency 4* -Emergency 5* -GTA SA* -SAPD:FR v2.5 (http://www.gtagarage.com/mods/show.php?id=18613) -iCEnhancer V3 (http://www.gtagarage.com/mods/show.php?id=18916) Would be nice to maintain this level from my old dell latitude -Multitheft auto -Counter Strike GO I know finding a small laptop would be a stretch to run these games. But then again, these are some old games and I can run them all off my cell phone now. If anyone with any tech knowledge could help me out, that's be great. I'd just like to stay with 11.6" screen. You need some other games for G-mod to work, mainly Counter Strike: Source, it takes a ton of models and junk from that game You see ...... I would ........ Except ........ My computer ........ Doesn't have ........... an .......... updated ...........video card ..............

I think MTA is better scripted and it just seems more put together than sa-mp. which is still good. But we used the CIT server on MTA and you could literally do whatever you wanted it was sick

amen to that I got CS: GO, Day of Defeat, America's Army 3 (which is a free to play, but is basically counter strike for free), I just reinstalled San Andreas and figured out how to mod it, so it is now sick, G-mod but i need CS: Source for that to be worth playing and that is all i have installed, I don't have many games, I bought GTA IV & SA when i made it and i bought games off of my friends advice and to play multiplayer. Also, the best thing my friends and i did was i convinced the ones who had San Andreas to download MTA and they helped convince my other steam friends to buy it and play. So, if you haven't check out MTA, plus it is good for people who have lower quality computers (me ) what do you guys play? i'm Sawdbuster on Steam too

Hello y'all I am using my dad's old laptop as my main computer for now, hopefully I'll be building a new PC for gaming soon. Anyways, I got this computer when I was really into GTA: SA. So I didn't install another games for the time. Now the disc drive on this laptop is fried. I was tried putting the program files onto a flash drive and copying them in, which sorta worked, but was buggy. SO..... Does anyone have a link to like a torrent or download area where i could punch in my product code or something, like you can on steam if you own a disc copy? or any other solutions would help if so, thanks

I want it to go on steam sale, I'll pick it up for like $10, but nothing more. If it comes out with a multiplayer DLC that would make it ten times better

you could just extract the models from the mod file, then rebuild them in the editor under your own mod. go through the program files and/or (x86) then go to sixteen tons of entertainment -> emergency 4 -> mods -> LA mod -> models -> vehicles -> Police -> then find the car you want, [i'll say papd for a model] then copy everything titled 'papd.[whatever extention]' then go back to 'mods' make a folder titled whatever you want then inside make a vehicles folder -> then make "Police" a folder -> then paste the files in there open the editor, then open the mod you just made in the folders. Then go to models like when you select car models, i think it is F1. then go to objects there should be a childs or whatever folder for car wheels then doors then other parts. go to the car wheels hit new on the menu. You then name it, then at the bottom of the next pop up window there should be a blank line with a browse button next to it. hit browse find the file for the wheel then save. do the same in the door folder for the door. then go to vehicles off the model selecting menu, go to police, you can either make a new model or replace the stw. to replace the stw, select it, hit edit then hit browse on the menu. find the car body, then add the wheels and doors in childs, then edit lights accordingly Hope that helps If I reinstall Em4 I'll make a video

anything really new and fancy? like are you going to use new scripts of LA mod scripts? I think it looks real nice and I think that it would be nice to have simple mod, with few or no new scripts,

Are you making skins or are you making car models from the game? also are there any pictures? just wondering,
