    You need to install the individual files eg. unpack McCormick ambulance and go to the ambulance folder and copy and paste, 'copy and replace'.

    Try install it to another hard-drive or you could try to play it in a window, I know that it will not be as good but if it works properly...

    If you had the NY mod before, then you need to search for it on your computer (Start, Search) then if you have any files to do with the NY mod then you delete those then try to install the new NY mod that you are having trouble with, if things persist then I would advise to uninstall the whole game, then search and delete files associated with emergency 4 then install again and this should work, if it doesn't, sorry mate can't help you.

    You have to search for that file eg. LA mod, then delete every single file you have to do with that mod you are trying to install.
