amd and all my drivers are up to date

so i had the problem with the game starting and crashing back to the desk top so i got rid of the codec that was doing that but no when i load up freeplay i have no ui on my screen and me and my friends have tried everything im not sure if anyone else has had this problem but i would really like some help cuz im not very techy and need help please
