When i tryed downloading it and went to MEGA from the link from notepad it said i needed a decprition key and theres non on the notepad thing dose anyone know the key?

You can in any mod with the supply system hock up a tanker/HVP (HVP if its UK) to a hydrent and then you can hock it up to a engine i do it all the time if i have a major call in west falls. I would advice if you have a major fire you have a few tankers that are on hydrents to get more water when engines run out

You need to use the normal EM4 freeplay for it if you want it to work
