1. Install LA 2.1 + additional 1.3 If you install la mod, you can find LA mod folder in emergency4 folder(wizardworks -> 911 -> mods -> LA mod folder) 2. Unzip my unit pack If you unzip my unit pack, you can find unit pack folder in emergency4 folder(wizardworks -> 911 -> mods -> unit pack folderr) 3. Copy Unit pack files in Unit pack folder(for example Models, Prototypes, Units Etc) and Paste that files into LA mod folder(you have to cover LA mod files with unit pack files) 4. Enjoy mod

if you install First pack and then install Second pack, you can use only Second pack units. the other way, if you install Second pack and then install First pack, you can use only First pack units. So you have to work in order to present all units in the mod, For example Script, Specs, etc...

you are right, First pack is different from Second Pack, so you have to install them separately. Second Pack does not include ARC, LACoFD, PRN, UN and LA County DHS. LACoFD, PRN and DHS will be included in Third pack. thank you~

yea. ARC units will be gone. If you want to add ARC Units, you have to rework mod(for example-script, unit icon, portraits.... etc)
