That looks great good for a 1st version, infact I think it is the only version of the new explorer utility that has been done. And for the lighting, try copying the lights from the CHP CV and just move the coronas to fit the model or I'm sure one of the guys with lighting experience will help.

I agree with Mikey, for mods its easier to have them as the e4.mod file or have it in a rar. Because if you don't set up the exe properly (when your making it), it doesn't install the files or run well and messes everything up. Keep it simple, if it ain't broke don't try to fix it.

So you have pretty much no experience other then playing the game and adding mods to EM4... Personally I think it should be up to the team or person who is creating the mod to ask for testers as you are effectively asking for the download when its not complete. I've also seen you ask on alot of topics the last few days asking to be a tester. Maybe just wait and try and get some experience in modding and scripting etc, and maybe a mod team member will approach you and ask you to test it. Also I have been a tester for First Response Studios who make the SAPD:FR police mod (and the LAFD:FR mod) for GTA San Andreas. Like Raf said its not fun being a tester, as you have to find all the bugs and problems and report them and come up with a helpful solution to fix said problems/bugs. Its not just the case of getting the mod and playing it you have to do reports and log them down and show your findings to the dev team. Quoted from the Emergency series Wikipedia page: "Emergency 5 is in development. With a release estimate of sometime in 2015." Hopefully it won't take until 2015 for this mod to come out lol

I have the 2.4 rigs update if you wanted it. I think it just updates 1 of the engines and 1 ladder.

I have got it working now, thank you very much guys your stars All I had to do was copy the canadian_flag_fabric.dds file and change the name in the .v3o file to that and it worked. Without your help my laptop would have been launched out the window haha. Thanks again!

As the title says! I have spend the last 4 hours trying to get this simple change to work and I am now at my wits end! What I am trying to do is change the USA flag in the Rockport mod to a Canadian flag. Simple yes?! Matter of the fact no... It f**king isn't. I has tired to copy the (Canadian) flag files in from the Harbour City mod to the correct folders in the Rockport mod. I have renamed them to something different then the Rockport flag I want to keep (the Rockport flag is called la_flag and the Canadian flag is called usa_flag so it overwrites the USA flag). Yet everytime I do it I either get the Rockport flag being changed to a Canadian flag so I end up with 2 Canadian flags OR I end up with 2 Rockport flags! I can't have 1 Rockport flag and 1 Canadian flag its BOTH Canadian flags or BOTH Rockport ones... I can't understand what I am doing wrong its something which is incredibly simple yet no, I can't get it to work... For the love of god will someone please help me before I end up launching my laptop out the nearest window! And sorry if it doesn't make much sense, but its like 6am and I have ended up spending most of the night trying to get this sodding thing to work.
