    i downgraded my gta to v1 before i downloaded cleo 3 which is the one i want and i don't get any codes at all

    hey guys i have a problem with my gta sa i want to put mods on it but when i put cleo on it it doesn't work it crashes or never starts up even when i run as admin i've used tons of online instructions and youtube vids i don't know what to do please help!!!!!
