ami is wrong. SketchUp Pro Load the model File > Export >3ds Open 3dsmax Registerd Import > the 3ds file If you have imprted, go to export and export again as 3ds Then open zmodeler registerd, and import the second 3ds. (exported from 3dsmax) you cant export 3ds form Sketchup directly in zmodeler and for the textures: dont use in sketchup COLORS only photos or the basic textures, if you export in sketchup, then you export atomaticly the texture formats, you must place them in the same map of the model, then open zmodeler and go to materials and you see a list of materials, but without texture. now edit the materials. the materials have the same names as the textures, like this materials: textures: cabine cabine.dds wheels wheels.dds interior interior.dds so add the textures to the materials and now you model have a skin. now export to v3o and do some editor work (watch out the normals must stand in good direction)
