Big woop the final released some patch on game after taking over four months to do nothing to it. After release a few patch that fix a few issues of a unfinished buggy alpha, that was delay twice. I still hate to see how bad this game would been had it release on orignal date. but hey they did not even brother to see if there bug ridden game would run on windows 10. I contact support but there worthless and do not answer emails.

Nope windows 10 and 911 First Responders has no probelms. I know that for a fact. As I upgrade today and just finished a 30 minute game. With zero issues. Yet on my PC. Where it work on 8.1 it worked fine after the upgrade to windows 10. Did you upgrade you video drivers? Both ATI(AMD) and Nvidia have release new windows 10 drivers this week.

Might be your router is blocking that is a nat device. As to fix. I gave up. The developer those not seem to care. They do not answer trouble tickets. When they do they blame everything else. Even when you show it not the case. That when they stop answering when I proved there horrible support wrong with me network administrator trouble shooting. acutely i find this game is much more polished and play better then Emergency 5. and that even after patch 1.3. Wish they would put more effort in emergency 5. But I suspect they done with it they made there cash grab and working on there next game.

EM5 is not shit because of new interface. It crap becase it a buggy unfinished large pile of crap. And it seems the developer is to busy with there next scam to brother fix the gaint turd that is em5. as for recommendation on your interface. TEC should realy be tech or maybe tow. In the US at least the fire department do most of what the THW those in germany. Also as others have said. Rescues should realy be EMS. Not sure if the following is possible. But when you click on police. The windows that open should all have a blue back ground. The fire red.
