well for starters you only have 1GB of RAM on windows Vistia Pro machine. When the OS requires a min of 1 GB ram. Also you likely have the fancy graphic for visita turn on. Turn those of. Make the cfg read me only. (Search the forum for instructions on this) And if those to do not do fix the issue then I say you need more ram.

Ok First off Here the system sepcs. Requirments You have 638MB RAM with 64mb of ram. You also have a interagted video card. Something that those not play nice with the game. Have you tried play the game with out the mod?

I believe the reason is because the mod is use to raise money for a childern hopsital, I believe in germany. However the mod are not allowed to be sold. Since they modders are in germany as is Sixteen ton. They contact the company and got permsion to raise donations for the hospital with the mod.

Well two things CB a antenna is basicly a long copper wire. How it is packaged makes a difference. Also while it may be illegal to us more the 5 watts for a citizan, I am not sure if the police are expect from this. My gues is they are and the radio is more then 5 watts.

There is no C-13 for that department. All unit in that department are 15 expect the ambulance which are all 45. If the C-13 was from butler county PA it would been from Prospect, butler county PA

yes it those i been using it with 911:FR for a while now. depending on the computer speed the load time for mod varius. in all case it looks like the computer locked up just let it go. On my laptop it takes longer then on my new desktop.

Well you could just wait patiently till there done and release the newer version. Then you know what they did. Frankly I never once been disappoint with a mod update.
