So i'll try not to be unnecessarily boring with details, but i've come back to em4 after losing my past computer, and after going back through the basics and replaying basegame a few too many times i've gone back to mods.
Specifically London at the moment but it's just a general issue more than likely. So the issue in and of itself is presumably the mods tab on the main menu, i click it, i click the mod and my computer stops for a few seconds before it sends me to the main menu. Free play doesn't work at all and just is base game, campaign loads a few police and technical units.
Know you get plenty of these, just a bit stumped with an issue new to me.
