    I think it happens on real halloween. But you can edit the freeplay parametres and get it to happend whatever day.

    You can buy new ambulances etc. from the gas station by clicking the garage. You have 20 points in the start.

    How can I increase the budget in the start? It takes forever to get enough points to buy the better units. I tried to change it from the script but it didn't load the mod after changes.
