well what other way is there i have never used photo shop so im lost

i followed the steps and i got photoshop but i dont know how to reskin the image in it isnt there a way to just copy and paste pics onto the texture?

what? when i go into the unit tab in game its the same cars but in the editor your cars are on the unit list are the suppposed to replace the lapd patrol car and slicktop or just go along with the other units?

i installed the cars but i cant see them in game only in the editor

i have noticed alot of traffic issues and have just raised the spawn intervals and ive gotten alot of police incidents one problem is the buses they just stop at the bus stops and dont move so i deleted the bus stops another thing is animals i mean for a city there is alot and on the highway they cause traffic jams but other than the traffic issue and firestation there isnt that many problems like everyone is saying if u want to use the map then u will be willing to fix it or deal with it. i have em 4 deluxe and when i play deluxe free play there isn't a space between events like 2 or 3 events happen at the exact same time its annoying i have the values changed but idk why it is doing it the original free play doesn't do it.

no lol im just starting to use the editor i can do objects and things but i have no clue how to change streets or paths

hi i want to know how to add streets in the editor to the existing la mod map not the paths just like parking lots and side streets.

i agree it would be more realistic since alot of accidents dont have inuries or serious injuries with entrapment and then you would just have lapd or chp respond and clear the vehicle much easier than the urban rescue squad paramedics etc.

is the light bar on the 3rd fhp crown vic supposed to be realistic or did you just throw it on? how about some orlando reskins? (:

i installed the 1.8 version and i can see the new vechicles in the side bar ingame but when i click on them the model pic is missing and when i click send vechicle the game crashes.
