Well there is helicopter doctor car so there maybe will be copter too, i guess.

This isnt Emergency 2013. Its rescue 2013 released in spring..game made by few finnish people and some other guys too.

Not sure if same thing but, here where i live, Finnish north lapland, we have same style as NYC, engine/tanker/mtv goes to medical responds if ambulance is far away, like usually 100-300 kilometres away.
