What are some good mods (That are already released)except the LA mod, that have are in English and where can i download them? Also, is the winterberg mod in english? Where can i download it?

So the necessary folders are the LA mod folders? Also, does the map patch include the rest of the submod? Thanks

I have tried to install many different .rar submods,such as the New York Submod, and i downloaded and extracted it and when i played it after this, they were not installed. BTW, i am not familiar with .rar files. How do you handle and install .rar submods? PS. The extracting program i use is IZarc and i have a windows vista computer.

I have a question: I tried downloading the 1.1 version, which i succeeded in doing. But, i am not familiar with rar files. I extracted it an placed it in the la mod folder, but when i play, the submod is not installed. How do i work with rar files?

I have several questions: Where do you get the LAPD supervisor in v2.02? How do you get ambulances to park at the hospital (I know there is submod for this-where is it)? How do you get the EMS supervisor to be an SUV or dodge charger? I have LA mod version 2.02 in 911 FR. PS. Where is the Gold Bar in freeplay?
