This is for the Official EM4 System requirements Pentium 4 2.5 GHz 1 GB RAM graphic card 128MB (GeForce 5700 or better) 2 GB HDD Windows 2000/XP However, When it comes to MOD, This depends on how the Developers Optimize their MOD in order to run smooth and use less resource on your Computer . Me Personally , I never had any issue running some of the mod here on this forum , Some have crash while other have been okay and not much of a issue . Having a Decent Graphics Card and a good amount of ram installed on your computer should be able to let you run any PC Game , It may run a bit laggy , But it will run .. usually when games crashes are due to low hardware specification , So if you are able to run EM4 without any issue, Then you should be alright , However, If the game crashes when playing a MOD could probably be due to the MOD that requires a bit more updated hardware . Any Video Card with 512mb of video ram should be able to run EM4 and any MOD .

Did any body hear feel there building shake like it was a earthquake in NYC , Lasted for about 1 to 2 seconds, My whole apartment just shake , Shake harder then last year shake . Anyone in the Washington Heights area felt it ?

That's not true the Earths Tectonic plates are constantly moving as are the continental and oceanic plates every 24hrs day or night causing small quakes sometimes so small you cant feel them.

Even thought it will be nice to see them, It will be a bit useless as they really do not do much but just drive around towing cars that owed tickets to the state and or to do evictions . They do not take 911 calls nor report to any emergency unless they see a crime being commited on their watch ..

I hope you were joking .. I believe some of us has already seen the game in actions already via the Video webcast and joining in to hear and see the game play .. Now if you are telling us there is more then what we seen , Then that is awesome, But if the mod is released and not much has change since we last seen it in action, Then really what new features could pop up after all the video and live broadcasting of the game has been made available and users now know what to expect in the release of this Modification .

No need to be jealous , As they have stated, it will be out on the 9th , So who ever wins, really it wont matter as they will have a beta version on the first and then a week later, the full version will be release to the public . Me personally I will wait till the 9th now that the developer has made it official .

Hey Guys Thirty5tech here , I wanted to ask a question about this mod that just came across my mind . Will ya guys have some type of supervisor such as a sergeant or lieutenant , If you do , Will regular police officer be able to call their supervisor the same way they call for backup ? The same for the others such as EMS and FDNY , I know EMS and NYFD have a captain / chieft , Will regular paramedic and FF be able to call them as well ? Thanks guys , and hope it's all going well .

What are your PC Operating System ? Do you have any security software install ? Is this a Downloaded Game you are trying to install or a physical media like a CD/DVD ?

Just a heads up on those users who are worried if the Manhattan MOD will be compatible with your PC . Here are a few pointers to help you out in running the game smoothly .. First thing First, You will for sure need a good Video Card to run the game pretty smoothly . Nviadia GForce 7 series or higher ATI HD Radeon 4200 or higher Once you got the Video card taken care of, Next comes your internal Memory such as your RAM . A lot of users are worried that if you have a 1GB ram you won't be able to run the game , Well that is not true . The game itself uses about 500mb of ram , So having a 1GB of ram is good . Just make sure you don't have too many process running in the background, If possible, Disable your antivirus software when running the game, You don't want the Antivirus running in the background using your CPU resource . Open your task manager and close/shutdown any process you do not need running . For Windows XP tried to keep it less then 22 Process running in the background For Windows 7 and Windows Vista, Tried to have less then 43 Process Running . Remember, that the more process you have running the more ram and CPU it will use. Another thing you could do is to disable the Windows XP, Vista and 7 Theme, Turn it to classic theme while playing the game, you will notice a big boost in your game play .. Remember when playing PC Game usually the most important hardware part you need is a Good Video card, a 1GB card will be good a SLI / CrossFire cards .. I have ran the beta version of Dyson first beta release on 2 different computer a Pentium 3 old Compaq and my working computer which is usually up to date . on the Pentium 3 computer, The game ran pretty good and smoothly in medium setting with shadow disable/turnoff , That computer has a Nvidia GForce 6 card in it with 512mb of ram and 1GB system Ram .. Of course on my updated computer, everything runs pretty fine with high setting .. So tried to tweak your system a bit for gaming or do what I do on my old computer, Install 2 OS , your online OS with is normal installation and your gaming OS with all the tweaks available .. If you need help tweaking your Windows System for gaming, Then you could find extremely useful information on this popular site http://www.blackviper.com/ for tweaking . I hope this little advice will let you enjoy the game a bit more .. I'm a computer technician in the NYC area, So if you need any advice to run the game more smoothly in your System , Feel free to send me a PM and will do my best to help anyone out ..

Hey Dyson , is thirty5tech , I haved help beta test your last NYC submod 2.3 before being release . The download link of the submod 2.3 you have posted on the first post, Does have the paramedic issue fix .. Remember when the paramedic could not pick up a injured person and just kept looping. Wondering if it was fix in this version 2.3 you have available for download . .
