If I can add my two cents in. EM4 was on fire for a while but there was a lot young members who did not respect other members work which led to fights on the forum and insulates and bad feelings. So something had to be done lots of restrictions too get the forum back in check. Which in my opinion was good and bad it drove away a lot of members went to due privet mods and web sites stealing the work of the modelers and youtube.
The things that made this forum great was the excitement of trying to make your own town or city. but most of use could only due re-skins and lights. I always thought everybody should pitch in and give back to the community some others just wanted to take and run. Most of the members are older now and done with school, dealing with real life and do not have time anymore.
As for EM5 I have not played it yet and probably will not I did not like the game interface look. The map and graphics look good tho. I think after speaking with Itchboy the only thing to get this back on fire is newer members who have time to create models, maps and newer missions. For Sixteen Stones make new EM6 with option of US maps and models get input from the community for ideas. There is a lot of talent in this forum. For me playing on new maps models and missions is still exciting
My Guess they went with Standard v6 292 HP, 370 some v8 5.7 Police package 32,00 and few V8 485 HP 6.4 46,000 Maybe one or Two SRT 392 54.000 I can not see them buying the Beast at 64,000 FHP like it's toys too lol!
Also heads up remember when you down load the Bieberfelde Mod which is a great mod work, fun to play. Make a back up data file. for some reason it interferes with the mods file being loaded. You can also still play the Bieberfeld mod with out adding the data information you just wont have interface and some icons but still playable. Billy no luck with shift but I was able to get the tows off the map to work:)
Ha ha! yeah I got that Tbone. Yeah the mod works except for the tow truck call and siren. Someone out there has it working right I might have placed a file rough I seen other videos out there Northen Alex is working lol! The mod it self is awesome work on the maps and vehicle scenes excreta. Oh well for now I just work on tweaking lights under 80 count for my privet mod. Ok I figured out how to play the game great so far but I'm still missing siren sounds for vehicles and tec tow truck. I installed the patch 1.1 is there any thing I missed any help would be appreciated thanks to Finn.
OK I have the tow trucks org in the specs file but the set up is different. Police can not call the truck. I went through the hole sirens and replaced all the dead sirens and found a nice rendition of we will rock you in German lol! 07-42-01. Sires still do not work.
For the 1_DATA_ Files and FMS _TOOl do I leave them in the BFEMP file or transfer them to EM4 DATA files I already did the 1_TOOLS_file.
1_DATA_ Files Lang textures UI should I leave it in the file or transfer to the same file in BFEMP thank agings Finn.
Small video of Airport scene plane came off runway emergency vehicles responded. models EMC- Miami team, Itchboy, bama1234, Rihis, Itchboy, Robert66, mr matt5432123,Hoppah. this will not be in the mod just a review of light and models.
Also I think for small towns, the event has to be longer before another event pop up. There is a limited amount of units in a small town to handle massive call log. Make bigger events that last a while, with different challenges with in that event. just idea.
