If you are looking for a fire truck chassis with the cab there are 2 to google search the are also used a a standard commercial chassis as well for garbage trucks, hope it helps. Mack MR Chassis American LaFrance Condor Chassis

If you guys are considering making a new engine then I would say a Top Mount Pumper would be the best choice. It has never been done in EM4 while the others have including the Pierce Quantum, just a suggestion mind you. -

Are you adding a fire station near the Runaway with say 2 ARFF Units (Crash Rigs) a Rescue and Ambo all marked Airport? That would be epic as a small substation.
